Our No Hassle Guarantee is simple: most items can be returned for any reason, opened or unopened, within 30 days of the Purchase Date, for an exchange or in-store credit of the full amount of the merchandise. Shipping costs, if any, are not refunded.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Accordingly, please appropriately insure all products and return them via a reliable carrier. ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Please call toll-free (800 215-1743 to request a RMA number. Products returned without an RMA number will not be processed and will be returned to sender. RMAs are valid for 15 days beyond the date of the issuance.

Returns within 30 Days will accept the return of products and provide a full account credit for all merchandise returned, whether opened, or unopened. If you would like a cash refund, a 25% restocking fee will be applied. Refunds are issued to the same credit card, PayPal account, or other form of payment used in the original transaction.

Returns Beyond 30 Days

Returns requested beyond 30 days from the original invoice date will be reviewed on an individual basis and every effort will be made to accommodate the return. retains discretion, however, to deny the request. If the return is approved a 25% restocking fee will be applied.

Maintenance Plans & Extended Warranties

Refunds cannot be given for maintenance plans or extended warranties on scanner hardware. In some cases it may be possible to transfer the extended warranty to another scanner unit. Please contact a sales representative at for details.
